Some clients have a short inspection contingency period and just need basic information with a basic assessment report OR perhaps they have a small budget, so MAYBE all they need to know is what’s broken. Other buyers may have a longer inspection contingency and/or due diligence period, have a larger budget AND want to know as much information about the building as possible. Different clients have different needs, SO after we have visited with you by telephone OR email we will tailor an Inspection Report that meets your needs and budget.
